Terms and Conditions: 1/2 down will initiate your order, with the balance due prior to shipping. All catalog orders are check or credit card. Prices are FOB origin unless specified. Catalog items are usually shipped UPS ground if possible. If your order must be delivered quicker, or be delivered directly to a show, any additional shipping costs will be added.

This site is simply a catalog reference of current product offerings and may not reflect up to date prices. American Image Displays makes every effort to keep this site current, but reserves the right to alter pricing according to market trends regardless of what is listed on this web site.

Graphic Production & Printing: Every effort is taken to ensure your printed graphics are accurate and according to your specifications. However, due to the nature of large format printing, it isn't always possible to achieve exact color matches. No guarantee is offered on any color match.

Standard production time for all graphics is a minimum of two weeks. Any production requirements under two weeks will not be guaranteed in any manner. If you order graphics under a two week turn around and the colors or quality is unsatisfactory, but does in fact match the file supplied so far as resolution and content, there are no returns.

Returns: All fabric panels and graphics are made to customer's specifications and are non-returnable. All other merchandise is non-returnable unless the item is defective. American Image Displays will determine if the item is defective and offer you an exchange if required. No refunds are offered. If a pre-arranged agreement on possible returns has been made due to special circumstances, there is a 25% restocking charge on all hard goods and returnable merchandise with prior approval from American Image Displays.
