Trade Show Services

Following is a list of exhibitor services offered by American Image Displays. All prices are in US Funds. A list of special Exhibitor Hot Links for additional organizations and support are at the bottom of this page.

Exhibit Storage: Billed monthly, due net 15.
Portables: $42. per 8'-10' booths (up to 2 cases of materials). Additional cases or Table Top displays are $21. per month.
Modular: $100.. per month per large shipping tub. Up to 60"x 32"x 40"
Larger size crates: Quoted on an individual basis.

In/Out Services: $45. each way on portables. Modular or custom crates quoted on an individual basis.
Outbound Services: Includes scheduling of the shipping both to and from the show, labeling of crates and packing graphics, if necessary.
Inbound Services: Includes set up inspection of your booth upon return for damage or missing parts, checking lights, and making minor adjustments and repairs. Cleaning and touching up of graphics and repacking.
Repairs: Any damage will be noted and client notified and given estimate prior to repair. Repairs and refurbishment is invoiced at $45.00 per man hour plus parts.
Show to Show shipments: A $25. service fee is charged per additional show for booths scheduled to go from one show directly to another. Includes all labels and shipping arrangements.

Freight:
Freight costs are billed to you at the discounted tariff rates we receive for exhibition materials. American Image Displays can not be responsible for errors in shipping information supplied by clients, or delays beyond our control such as weather, accidents, labor disputes, etc.

Installation & Dismantle Services:
Provide on-site supervision and assistance to you and your hired labor as to the recommended procedures for unpacking, setup, and if required re-packing of your exhibit and graphics. It is not our responsibility to hire, coordinate or provide any show service that would be assigned through the show contractor, (such as decorating, carpeting, or electrical contracting.) We can however, arrange for set-up and dismantle of your booth.
In area: (within Seattle area, 50 mile radius) We can deliver your booth and setup your booth at local shows for flat rate of $45. Per hour, 1-hr. min.. Evenings are billed at time-and-a-half, weekends are double-time.
Out-of-Area: $360. per day flat rate, labor, plus out-of-pocket expenses. (i.e. Travel, lodging, food)

Graphic Services:

Computer Art Charges:
Computer time: is billed at $85. per hour. (1-hour minimum.) Includes scanning, disc transfers, clean up, color correcting, merge, retouch, or otherwise modify your file or create new art. Our time covers scan of logos or customer art, and setup for digital or vinyl graphics. It also includes converting client supplied disc art to tracing and outputting to large format digital printers. Other charges may be incurred to convert or Rip large files to make photo negatives or other special handling.
Artwork-mechanical: Any art that has to be prepared by us that is not camera or scan-ready will be billed at $75.per hour. (1-hour min.)
Renderings or computer modeling: First rendering or idea will be done on spec at no charge. Additional designs, or layouts are billed at $85. per hour. (1 hour min.) The first $150. will be waived upon final purchase of design. If a project is canceled you will be billed the any time spent. .
Assembly drawings: Billed at $85. per hour.
