Our Display Management Services are customized for each client, and typically include cleaning and inspecting your booth after each show, scheduling and monitoring display and graphics package(s) shipments to and from your shows, and coordinating installation and dismantle and other convention services as requested.
Your display equipment and graphics are stored in a protected, climate controlled space in our warehouse area. Store ALL of your displays AND your entire library of graphics packages, so you and your sales team can share assets and save money! Each sales rep can pick from all of your different sized displays and different graphics packages for different shows, different industries and different geographical locations.
Clients and their national sales reps view pictures of their assets online and fill out an order form specifying which display and graphics they want, where they need it shipped, when they want it there, and any special requirements.
Monthly storage fee depends on quantity, size, & weight of displays and graphics packages being stored. (Example 10ft Burst popup would be $30/mo.)
We pull your booth from storage or take it off your hands and prepare it for your event. Professional packing and labeling, shipping arrangements, tracking and event check-in and check-out is included.
Inbound services: We monitor the return shipping of your display, making sure it gets picked up and shipped on schedule and tracking it while en route. When it arrives at our warehouse, our experienced professional team unpacks and sets up the display, cleans and inspects the booth and graphics package for damage, burnt out light bulbs, missing or broken parts, etc., and then repacks and stores it until you need it again.
Fees for inbound services depend on the size and complexity of the display being received, and are only charged when your shipments are received into our warehouse (ex 10ft Burst popup would be $25).
Minor touch-ups are included in the standard fee; if major repair requirements are identified, a quote is provided for client authorization prior to any work being done.
Outbound services: Includes tracking which assets are available, scheduling of shipping to/from show, re-packaging or changing out graphics as required, tracking shipping, confirming delivery, and dealing with any shipping problems.
Outbound services also depend on size and complexity of the items being shipped, and are only charged when an item ships out of our warehouse; the same 10ft Burst would be $25 again.
Our goal is to have your booth delivered to and retrieved from the designated event site on time and in good condition through the most economical and efficient shipping method possible. We pay the carrier shipping fees on your behalf and then pass those charges on to you via a monthly statement.
Installation & Dismantle Services:
We provide professional on-site supervision and assistance of the set-up and tear-down of your display. Other optional services include organizing electrical requirements and paying for drayage at your shows, so that you benefit from a full turnkey service - all you have to do is walk in the day of the show and turn on your laptop! When the show is over, you turn off your laptop and walk out. Fees for optional services are quoted individually for each show, after you identify your show schedule.
Graphic design, consultation and production is available for all your display graphic requirements.
